Perfect organization and socially balanced

On a company outing you expect a lot of fun and also an impact on the team spirit and cooperation capabilities. Anita and Wolfgang did a great job. I did not expect such a well-balanced program with fun, culture and social responsibility. Our physical work to help the poorest people in town helped us to reflect on our own high level life in Shanghai and think about a more humble approach in the future. Our team made a great step forward to grow together. I want to thank Anita and Wolfgang for their insights into another society and culture and the great program they provided. Mission accomplished

In a follow up workshop after a first group training in Siem Reap, Wolfgang and Anita conducted a team development training and individual coaching in our company. Our team learned how to identify blockages preventing a more successful team and deriving the relevant counter measures.
The individual coaching sections provided a lot of deep insights in people’s expectations and areas for improvement. I received exclusively positive feedback from the participants of our 2 ½ days workshop. Anita and Wolfgang exceeded my expectations and I would definitely work in the future with them again.

Comprehensive package of a 3 days workshop

In a so much different atmosphere and environment Anita and Wolfgang prepared a package comprising excellent training, relaxing events and cultural aspects. You could feel their experience with training and professional production company background  in all aspects. I could take with me a lot of tools for business and also private life. I hope to stay in contact with them for more inspiring suggestions in the future.

Understanding and applying practical tools

With the help of the ESC team I understood why our German colleagues behave different compared to us Chinese. To understand the cultural background and business behaviour is the first step to develop  cooperation to a higher level. Anita provided us deep insights and practical recommendations which we can apply in our day to day business.
